Horrible and shocking service

To whom it may concern.<br> <br> I visited the store on the 15/09/2015 at about 17:55 and I was assisted by Regina Sambo(cashier).I had such a horrible service and bad attitude from this cashier.<br> <br> I wanted to withdraw R1000.00 cash at a till point knowing that First National Bank has partnered with Shoprite and we can withdraw cash from the till point. When it was my turn to be assisted ,she told me that she has only R200.00,she told me to I must joint another que because she doesn't have R1000.00, then I told her that I cant joined the next que ,because I already stood long in the que, and I asked her to ask for cash from the next cashier.She asked me to move on the side so she can service another client.<br> <br> I fell she doesn't respect me as a client and her stinking bad attitude didn't help the situation.i asked her to stand from her chair to ask for cash from another cashier and said NO.I asked her for her name ,and refused,and pointed her name tag, and refused to give me her surname.I asked her for her manager ,at that point I couldn't address my complaint and refered Nozi Mlaza to her to explain what happened.<br> <br> I don't know if I get this horrible service because is based in Sowet
