********** Service from Shoprite North beach Durban

I went to Shoprite in Durban North beach to buy snacks , because I had yogurt as well I asked for a disposable s**** and the lady at the food refused and a guy who called himself also refused . I then left everything I was going to buy at the shop and just across the road at spar the service is much better. What a horrible service from Shoprite.
