********** horrible service from Patricia Sathula

I was at Riverside View Shoprite today, and I got such appalling service from one of the cashiers by the name of Patricia Sathula who didn’t want to assist me. She kept saying she won’t assist with “Lotto” as I was in the queue waiting to purchase it. Her colleague who had no name tag on, and was wearing a leather jacket called her out for not wanting to assist me but Patricia continued to keep saying that she won’t assist with any Lotto purchases because someone said she stole the office stapler. I mean what does that have to do with me? Her attitude made it worse, she said it with arrogance and looked me straight in the eye. Not once, but thrice. I hate the poor service I always get at this store BUT today’s disservice was beyond **********. I’m appalled by the fact that after having made those remarks she actually assisted everyone else who was behind me in the queue and I had to wait until the other cashier was done. Patricia should stay home if she doesn’t appreciate her job, there are a lot of people who are sitting at home with no job to wake up to.

I’m sick of the poor service at this store more so when they speak to each other in a language that is foreign to us as consumers.

Perhaps they need management of a different race to make them appreciate their jobs.
