Horible Service

<p>On Friday 10/03/2017. I went to shoprite Usave in braamfontein.I was going to use money market.when I got there, there was a queue. When it was my turn to be helped by Zamile Diri the merchandiser came to the till and he was help before me with his purchase of R5 airtime while I was supposed to be help by the gentleman.isn't it a store policy to help customers first before staff...the second thing he did is leave me at the till and get change for another till while I had to wait for him to come back when he is done with important staff n come back to me the less important. When I complained he told me to my face that why am I complaining he helped me in the end....is this how shoprite teacher their staff to treat its customer. I was so shocked and flabbergasted how I was treated...I will clearly try by all means to avoid using shoprite as my supper market.....</p>
