2023/06/07 after 16h00 o'clock I returned an item at Kwanobuhle Shoprite, so I had to go to Kiosk, assisted by a lady named Pumeza (did not get her surname).

Even after a long day but she managed to serve with smile, politeness and enthusiasm. She even explained their policy with patience and respect when I miss understood it.
