Hello Peter,I'm not happy with customer service at Shoprite CBD church Street pretoria.i want there to buy rand a Rama special so when I get to their butchery they refuse to sell me 7chicken feet saying they start to sell them at R20 n I asked them since when n they say it is because there are on special and I told the R20 chicken feet are too much and why should they start selling at R20 because those things sell at per kg and the lady asked the guy to weigh them for me but he refuse because he was told to start selling them at R20 and he was suppose to make packs of R20 which he had not done them yet but he didn't want to sell me only 7 that I asked for.i was very disappointed for a loyal community as myself I had to leave everything and go to another Shoprite.
