Health & Safety concern: COVID 19 Shoprite staff

To whom it may concern,

Good day,

Herewith I would like to raise a complaint in regards to the staff working at Shoprite in Welkom that is not wearing gloves and masks, when I asked them why they are not being using every measure to curb the spread of COVID 19 I was informed by staff management does not permit them to wear these safety items.

Please may you assist by urgently looking into this issue as Shoprite is a huge risk to the public with millions of shoppers entering and exiting the store. Regards, Anonymous
