Health risk

I am writing this with so much anger and disappointment!, I purchased groceries at shoprite PROTEA GLEN EXT16 on Sunday the 12th.Last night as I was cooking the wors,the smell was very very off and you could tell that there is something wrong with it..it has passed its date.Today my helper as she tries to boil the soup mix,she comes across worms and some other creatures in that pack..With all honestly ,it seems like shoprite doesnt care for its customers at all..I can not come across two products that have issues ...this doesnt only cost me money to be running up n down to complain but also its a health risk for my family who consumed that off wors last night till they could taste that its actually rotten.I am very very concerned about what you put on your shelves for us to purchase..This needs to be escalated to the consumer as this is a health risk...
