Health hazard

Shoprite in Southfield is a health hazard.

I had to return to the shop to exchange the blue ribbon bread that was just purchased. The bread was cut open and bread was already hard and stale. On arrival at the store when I was looking for a bread to exchange I found that the entire bread rack had been cut open and after some time of looking eventually found a loaf of bread that was not cut open or damaged.

There are water puddles laying infront of the bread isle aswell without any slippery sign insight.

When the manager (Jonathan) came to deal with the situation his Covid face mask was not covering his nose and mouth and tells me "my humble apologies for the inconvenience" however how can you be apologising for a health risk when your mask is completely down and dealing with customers inside the store.

It was absolutely ridiculous.

Shoprite needs to up their health protocols.

Poor health protocols and management.

I feel like Shoprite Southfield needs a health department inspection.
