Health hazard

I went to dobsonville mall shoprite,there was an awful smell at butcher and that smell was unbearable I asked it's supervisor about that awful smell she answered me with bad attitude said to me it's the mall's drain system there is nothing they can do. My concern it's food and it's health hazard.
