Health hazard

I bought maize meal at ShopRite triomph/ Sophia town with my last money just to through it away. I cooked the pap dishes it for the baby she vomited worms then I dished up for myself added milk worms all over. ShopRite sells expired food they don't care about health and safety of customers. I checked the fresh cream it also expired.
