Health and Safety concern - ventilation

Went grocery shopping with my mom at Shoprite Jabulani Mall in Soweto. I've never been so hot in my life inside a shop, the store is forever crowded but it seems there is no ventilation. As we pass through the refrigerator isles we found people literally standing by the refreshment fridges doors open to cool themselves in the midst of their shopping. At a health and safety point of view this poses a health risk to people, especially the sick and elderly...I say this because my mom is also an elderly and Shoprite amongst other stores is the place she prefers to shop at as it proves affordability. Please have someone address this issue.
