Have to pay to RICA

I bought a SIMCARD at the tillpoint by Slindile at 11:53, register #5. I went outside to get bank statement and my ID in the car. Went t9 the money market to RICA the SIM. Busiswe assisted me. She refused to RICA unless I purchase the exacy same SIMCARD again. Not a different one, the one in my hand I had just purchased. I told her I bought it from till 5, she still refused. Eventually I biught the SIM twice just to get it done. Its not about the money, 50c, but the way she treated me. She also short changed me (this got sorted immediately) you can also check the cctv footage.

I would like someone to call me and explain why a SIM has to be bought twice to RICA.
