Harrassment from a cashier

Im very disappointed with the harrassment that Ive been getting since 2018 from a cashier called KGOMOTSO at SHOPRITE KANANA COMPLEX IN ORKNEY I've been reporting this everytime when I go there that the lady is always harrassing me every time when I go to money market she'll be saying all the nasty stuff about me making noise infront of other customers and I've been reporting it to management several times but it seems like no acting is been taken about it or I should rather not go to that store anytime or I should involve the community forum in this matter
