Had to pay double for groceries

Today 06 Nov 2024 I bought groceries from Shoprite at Village mall Randfontein. I paid using my Tymebank card. Payment went through, but they could not print a slip because of a paper problem on the printer. Now I am blocked to take the groceries I just paid for. When contacting head office they keep putting phone down in my ear. I showed them on my phone app and sms that the payment went off my account. This is not my problem if they could not print a slip. Been here for 3 hours now. I must pay for my stuff again now and they will refund if there is a double payment. Well I do hope the manager at Shoprite Village Mall know I will be back tomorrow. I want my money!
