Gun pulled out in store

BEEN POINTED WITH A GUN IN THE SHOPRITE OUTLET

Firstly I as a valuable customer was disgusted with the situation that occured in a ShopRite store in vuoslorus Mapleton jhb .

Firstly I was accused of theft buy a customer and when I called the security to assist me after shouting for assistance they found nothing.so upset and very tempted I walked out and a gun gets waved around the store in front of a bunch of customers and the branch manager JUBU

does nothing yet he stood in front of me while I called out for help as this is not something that can happen.i have waited for a response from jubu but nothing.so I pray my compliant will reach the nessisary valley coz I feel victomised .

The manager did nothing to that guy who pulled out the gun and left him to walk out after been searched from not only your security from the store but a security company whom came to assist. This is not how such a big store should work . Please get back to me as I will take this up if no response.
