Gumede Needs to deal with her temper and treat customers well or get fired

<p>I visted the Shoprite store in richardsbay to buy a small milk, i noticed the tills where full so i proceeded to the ciggerette counter, i already found employees busy paying for their goods during working time, so i did not mind, i waited when it was my turn the cashier at the Kiosk chases me to goe pay at the tills, i told her i just saw you allowing shopritte staff to pay at the tills, i then asked to Gumede, her first approach was pathetic being a manager, i told her that i want to purchase for my milk, she was really rude, i am the customer, if shopritte richardsbay treats customers in this manner, i will tell all and not enter foot again in this miserable store</p>
