Great & warm customer service

I have been to Shoprite Middestad and i would like to compliment one cleaning lady, I have never received so much good, great, excellent and warm customer service in any other Shoprite store from a cleaning lady than I have received from the lady named Thami Booi I just had to ask her name & surname, Thami has the greatest smile any person needs to have, she has so much knowledge on what customer service is and from what I can say she deserves an award for that, this lady I once saw her on her tummy on the floor cleaning and scrubbing under shelves without any gloves, I have spoken to her several times and guess what all the assistance that I needed from other staff members with regards to an item that I needed but couldn't find she was able to assist without hesitation & if it was not on the shelves Ms Thami Booi advised me very well and nicely on what to do she never once said that its not her job she is always willing to assist me & I always just want to be assisted by her just to feel her warmth & great spirit.

Promote this lady she deserves it
