Great service from customer care and shoprite arc

Hi returned an item that was not on standard. I first contacted customer care and spoke to Rochelle. She was very helpful and time efficient. My query was sorted out within minutes. When i returned the item to shoprite arcadia they were expecting me and assisted me very quickly. I am impressed with this level of service from the shoprite customer care and retail staff.<br>
