GREAT SERVICE FOR AN 8-YEAR OLD CUSTOMER

I read a LOT of complaints about SR before posting this, but I believe just as bad service should be reported, so too should excellent service. At the Deli/ Bakery some time ago, I decided to treat my little girl to a fruit salad. When the assistant realized the salad is for my 8-year old, she offered to pick out the fruits my daughter prefers, giving her the courtesy of being the customer. This greatly impressed me. My great experience continued at the till point, where I let my daughter pay. Even here, the cashier smiled and helped my girl to pick out the correct amount to pay, explaining the whole process to her, and checking her change with her before we left. My daughter is now a life-long SR fan, and with good reason. Two adults, tired at almost the end of business, took the time to treat her with courtesy and respect. Shopping at this store is always a pleasure. Thank you, Da****rt.
