Great service and turn around time

<p>I bought a product which looked inferior but I had thrown away a till slip while I was still at the Mall. But shoprite customer care attended to my query and notified the Phoenix branch. Thank you Branch manager for a refund and replacement. It might seem like a minor thing you've done but to me as your customer it was huge because I didn't have money to buy the product again. I was at your mercy. Thank you Ronnie</p>
