Great Manager!!!!

Soyiso Plaatjies must be the best shoprite manager I have encountered in a long time.I think since he has taken over the Blue Downs store I have noticed a significant improvement in customer service,ease of shop and complains resolution.

I always complain at any retailer and have taken a few complaints to him but Iust say that he owns them and still smiles.This is the sign of a great leader to me because no one is perfect.

I have showed here for many years and have always disliked the perfoemance of this specific store until now.

There is certainly much to achieve for him I think but he is definitely heading in the right direction.
