Great Customer Service

Good day.I would like to thank Mrs. Farhana Pillay (the manager )of Shoprite Highway Verulam for the exceptional customer service I received. During these trying times,my heartfelt gratitude goes out to her and the staff who risk their lives to help us (the customer ).On Thursday 26 March, after standing in a queue outside for nearly hour and half, I went inside the shop to get my essential groceries I was feeling a bit weak.She noticed my condition and approached me. Gave me some water and together with a staff member helped me to get my groceries and helped me to my car. Thank you for all the help. I would definitely go shop there always. Keep it up.
