Great customer service

<p>I went to Shoprite on Olifantsfontein Rd in Clayville yesterday (15 May 2017 )evening. Bought a few things including 2 x Drifter 2L juices. Realised late last night that the one already expired on 13 May and the second would expire today. Took them back this morning and was assisted by an extremely professional gentleman, Lawrence Cata. He let me exchange them without any hassle. What impressed me even more was when he called a packet responsible for that area whilst I was there to point out to him this unfortunate incident and insist that he go through all the stock to ensure fresh products. He wasn't demeaning to his fellow colleague but was assertive enough to point out the inconvenience to me as as a customer to have to return to the store for something that could have easily been avoided. Lawrence is a definite asset to your company. </p>
