GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Myself and my mom visited the Shoprite northcliff Store on 22 Jan 2022 to use the R200 vaccination voucher which my mom had received. We were told to register a money Market account which we had tried to do with the first cashier who helped us at the money market desk but it did not work. She then advised us to go and call the call center. However the kind lady next to her NDIFELANI offered to assist us and call the call center her self. After a long struggle and many calls back and forth to the call center she managed to get us the voucher code but when we got to the till it had expired, at this point we had given up and wanted to leave but once again Ndifelani was ever so ready to jump in and willing to assist. She called the call center again and managed to get a new code issued and had our goods checked out. I would like to say a HUGE thank you to NDIFELANI your persistence, willingness to help and excellent customer service is highly appreciated. Please give this lady a day off for her wonderful efforts!!!
