GOODNESS NDLOVU - Very inconsiderate and rude staff

Kindly assist:

I am a very disappointed customer of Shoprite I am really not happy with the service that I received from the Shoprite at Daveyton- Esihlahleni

I was in a rush hence I was not able to make an escalation to the store manager

I went there for the money market section, I wanted to deposit an amount of R2000 of which I did… immediately after I deposited the funds I needed to make a withdrawal of a separate voucher of R740 but unfortunately I was then referred to go stand by the que of which I did While standing on the que preference was being given to people who came to deposit instead of withdrawing My turn came and I went to the same teller to make the withdrawal- she accessed the system and processed it but when she was supposed to give me the funds she then referred me to stand aside as somebody was still fetching cash

I LITERALLY STOOD THERE FOR OVER AN HOUR AND THIRTY MINUTES (1hour 30min)

The teller at the money market is very inconsiderate and rude

Instead of assisting the customers they are busy with other colleagues having personal conversations and laughing

I spoke to her in a very descent manner to let her know that I’m very unhappy with the treatment I received instead of her showing empathy she showed a very inappropriate attitude and had the nerve to laugh out loud when I was leaving
