Good service Shoprite middestad

I purchased an indoor washline which had a defect.from Shoprite...I returned it to the store and I was assisted by Marcus one of the managers...I was given the option of a refund which I declined...instead he went out of his way to get a replacement..and kept me posted all the way...Marcus you are really a credit to the organisation you work for....Service and time is such a forgotten concept and you indeed carry those values well
