Good Customer Servise Never Goes unoticed

<p>I went to Shoprite earlier todah because the Capitec Bank ATM wasn't dispensing money. Bought a few things and asked for a Cashback. Thelady at the till told me that she has no money in her till, i then asked if she knew any other person that is a cashier that can help me with the cash back ok long story short a lady named Happiness that works there asked almost every cashier there if they had money in their tills. To be honest i was shocked at how she spoke to me. She was so professional and just gave the best customer service i have received from anyone working at Shoprite even some managers can learn a thing or 2 from this young lady. Thabk you Happiness for your excellent customer service. </p>
