Good Customer Service - Shoprite Pretoria North

<p>This is the kind of service we wish for in all our retails stores. Last month around 26th May 2017 i went to buy my groceries and unfortunately i took expired pack of Danons. On the 29th May 2017 i phoned Shoprite at Pretoria North to explain that on my grocery i bought from them there is a pack of Danons that has expired and they took my name and number and one of Shoprite management personnel by the name of Denize gave me a call and apologise for that and she requested me to come over to the shop but due to my work commitment i couldn't.</p> <p> </p> <p>This previous Sunday on the 25th June 2017 i went back to Shoprite at Pretoria North to do my groceries as normal and ask to see Denize. She came and she apologised again and i showed her those Danons as i didn't destroy them as well as proof of purchase and she said i can so long do my shopping and she will wait for me as she needs to refund me.</p> <p> </p> <p>After completing my shopping she was waiting there for me and she refunded me my money, she gave me a pack of Danons for free and a nice gift to share with my partner to show that she is owning up the mistakes happened at the shop. I was really impressed by her service and i want to complement her as well as her male fellow colleague but i forgot the name of that guy. I want to say to them thank you very much for your Good Customer Service you provided and showed to me and my family with very humble attitude and a big thumb up to Denize and i hope she will keep up the good work. This is indeed the kind of service we're looking for and wish other retails store can be or learn how to treat customers.</p> <p> </p> <p>In conclusion i want to thank them as well as the Shoprite management at Pretoria North for the good customer service they proveded and God bless them for that.
