I am writing to formally commend outstanding floor walk I did at Shoprite Cosmo City branch on 05/06/26 During my visit, I was incredibly impressed by the professionalism and neatness of the store. From the floors to the presentation on how neatly packed the items were displayed on the shelves,honestly speaking I have never walked into a store who takes pride in their work,surely I can say manangement is doing a phenomenal job,not only that the staff are well groomed.,however the only issue I had is they should smile more and language barrier, however they really went above and beyond by making sure the customer gets the best customer experience.I Wish you all Good success and prosperity.
