Good customer service

On the 7th of August 2021 i visited Dube shoprite to return a heater, one bar was not working any more, i had a slip, box and manual, i bought it on the 6th of July. The security at the door took me to the person who must help. The lady asked me to be patient a little bit as she was authorizing at the till, that was professional and good manners. She came and plugged the heater on to check on it, she saw the problem and exchanged my heater and reminded me of 12 months guaranteed.
