Glass in Jam (Shoprite)

I bought a tin a jam from shoprite parow on the 04/04/2022. there was 3 pieces of glass in it. and it was only discovered when my mother bit on one of glasses. which cut her tongue and her top pallet. up till now shoprite has failed to assist my parents that are pensioners. I think its disgusting and something serious could have happened. i would like one of the shoprite staff to get in contact with my mother. her contact number ***, name Myrtle patton.
