Giyani Shoprite Masingita Mall

I was at SHOPRITE GIYANI Masingita Mall on the 14th of February doing some random shopping With My mom whom she's a pensioner it Was on Friday, and it happened my son packed the purity inside the plastic bag and Was not paid for. When we reach at the main entrance the guard searched our groceries only to find out that there's a extra item in our groceries which was not paid for and We apologized and I said I'll put it back on shelves. The swati security guard instead of advising us in a tight tone of a voice or in a proper Manner she shouted at us and commanded us to go to Managers office and my mom was like, u go call the manager to come to us. and When the store manager apologized about the Misunderstanding and he explained in a good way that hows the matter should have been handled instead of exchanging Amongst each other, While the Manager was talking she continued bad chatting back to me is Where I lost My temper I threw that lollipop purity to her and she never stopped swearing in swati language, and I also responded back in her language because our Mall it donimates Tsonga speaking people, venda and pedis the Manager pulled her away still she was fumming /striking like a thunder lighting and the Manager reprimanded her, she sweared at me firing shots and she altered the vulgar "PFUTSEK" and I respond back by asking her is it allowed to tell the customer PFUTSEK?.... The Manager Wanted to address the matter with her supervisor and myself, I couldn't wait because my emotions were high. I promised the manager I was gonna come the following Monday which I never did... I m trauntized by her action she acted like a holligan
