Giving people ,faults hope when they intention is to promote they brand

Shoprite is a multi million rand company that is taking advantage of people that are in a difficult place due to the covid19 pandemic .I have entered a competition that they have on Facebook and received a message that I have won a grocery voucher when trying to redeem the voucher online it keep taking me to another web page so I have message them on Facebook and was told to contact mike who will assistant me in getting the voucher and that as well lead you nowhere I do not appreciate that shoprite use abdificult time like this to play with peoples emotions I have a 10 month old baby and no source of income due to the pandemic and shoprite give people like me hope and then take it away .I think that shoprite is using this pandemic to show people that they care for the public wen all they doing is promoting the shoprite brand
