Gift card

I will never ever advice someone to get a gift card,I lost my wallet yesterday with everything ,I then asked them to retrieve my lost gift card the told me I need to know a gift card and they won't help now all my money is gone they told me they never used my ID number for opening the gift card I'm so disappointed 😞
