Get staff in check

I went grocery shopping last night at shoprite in Zola, around 19:37 . When I got to the tills paying for my groceries I requested for the cashier (Azanda) to call me a packer to pack my stuff, she looks at me, looks around as if to call someone and continues scanning my grocery. At this point my grocery has filled up the till as I hand her cash I requested again for a packer she just blatantly ignored me gave me my recipes and change and continued scanning the next person's grocery. I was so angry I had to pack myself and make sure the next customers don't take some of my stuff. As this was going on the three managers were having a conversation of their own 2 tills away not paying attention to what was going on. I just fail to understand why I should pack my own grocery when I shop @ Zola but @ other shoprite's like newtown junction I get packed for.! Shoprite needs to keep there stuff in check I left I lot of money at shoprite n in return I got disgraceful service! The same service you get in the suburbs should be the same service you get in Soweto! We all have the same money!
