Get a proper manager not BEE for Alberton Shoprite!

Shoprite Alberton has thee worst manager ever! Yesterday we were there and needed to buy other items before doing shopping at Shoprite. We asked Shoprite security guard with short hair and bit of short beared what time they were closing. He told us they close at quarter to... 1/4 to what we asked and he said querter to 3... Which we later found to be a lie! There were no trolleys in the whole shop. Securities told us to go fetch them outside ourselves! When we got there, trolley guys were sitting & playing on their cellphones! We asked to speak to the manager and the staff told us we'd be lucky to find Thabo the manager as he's never around! This is disgusting! We're headed to serious festive season and Thabo is NOT PULLING HIS WEIGHT!
