Gazebo exchange

On the 22of Dec I bought a gazebo for R299.99 from Shoprite Green acres .we went to the beach and used it twice then the main part cracked.when I wanted to exchange it for another one on January 2j was told by some manager named Thomas that we abused it .He therefore refused to exchange it saying it is our fault.I did not even have it for 2 weeks.I was so embarrassed by his attitude towards me.
