Gazebo collapsed

We bought a bushbaby gazebo from shoprite just before Christmas from your wynberg branch.one of the metal rods literally snapped in half while everyone was under it....including my 1 year old daughter,which could have cause a massive injury.how does this even happen?we are extremely disappointed In this.it was the first time which we had used it and it was embarrassing having this collapse on our guests.please advise as we are not happy with this outcome
