Furious customer complaint

On Fri, 25 Jan 2019, 22:57 Cornelia Van Wyk, ********** wrote: Good evenings i'm very disappointed in Shoprite Parow today because my sister and my mom was humiliated infront of all the customers in the store over a can of spray that my sister sprayed to smell in order to purchase so the security was walking behind my sister the whole time and she turned around and ask the security if the she's looking for her so she answered yes so she ask why so she said my sister must come with her to the managers office because she did sprayed the spray five times and she have to pay for the spray and they going to check the footage so my sister said to them keep my bag here I want to call my mom because she's waiting for me infront of the store so my mom and my sister went in the managers office and the manager talked in appropriately and said this is not Markham , foschini or Edgars to test the spray and so they watch the footage and saw she only sprayed once and the didn't even apologize the manager just told my mom them they can pay by the kiosk and there's no need to stand in the line that's all and before that my mom took all her items and just left it there so afterwards she picked it up because my sister and she needed the items.My mom is a loyal customer of Shoprite she's a pensioner they have no right to treat my mom them like *****'s I won't tolerate that behaviour of Shoprite or any other stores that treat my mom them unfairly my mom is the same customer that send also a complaint in 2017 of Shoprite airport mall in belhar of a r90 kettle. My mom and sister was in a state when they got home and my mom going to put the Manager (Mr.farmer) and the Security (Minella) on Hello Peter because it was humiliating and they we're treated like ********* infront of the customers and people was talking bad about them do you think that's fair I'm so disgusted in Shoprite Parow because is that the way to treat customers is disrespectful to people who didn't commited a crime . It made us feel inferior towards them.
