Frustrating shopping at Rustenburg shoprite sunrise Park branch

I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the consistent poor customer service I've experienced at shoprite sunrise Park[Rustenburg]. Despite visiting the store multiple times, I have encountered the following issues:

1.Inefficient till points: frequently not all table points are open leading to long queues. 2.Uncovered bread: bread is left uncovered exposing them to dust and potential contamination. 3. Rude cashiers: some cashiers have been consistently unfriendly, unhelpful and dismissive.

Expected resolution: 1. The controllers must ensure all tail points are open during peak hours. 2. Implement proper food handling and display practices. 3. Provide customer service training to cashiers.
