Frustrating Customer service

Good day Shoprite Checkers in Lotus Gardens has an extremely frustrating customer experience and this is not the first time I raise my concerns with line manager in charge. In the morning, Lunch time and late afternoon queues are unbearable while available tills are unoccupied. There is a cctv camera which I was informed that it has been monitored from Cape town and executives are aware and cannot allocate budget for staff members to accupy the empty tills. This is because Shoprite does not have any competitors around and tried poor customers like they don't have a choice. We wish other retailers can take this opportunities as there is lots of arrogancy with Shoprite Checkers Executive. Our lunch deletes while standing in the queues because of poor planning.
