Frustrated Customer

I would like to report a frustrating experience at Shoprite in Boksburg. After waiting for more than 45 minutes in line without any communication about the delay, the Money Market cashiers were chatting instead of helping. When asking about the delay, they responded rudely and unhelpfully. An encounter with a staff member, Mr. Sifiso Gama, became unpleasant, as he rudely accused the customers of seeking attention and brought up irrelevant topics of academics when we complained of the poor services we received. All they wanted was to speak to the manager for assistance in resolving the situation.
