frustrated and angry customer

<p>I was at Shoprite in Pinetown</p> <p>I couldn't believe the disgusting attitude and service I received from the store.</p> <p>I spent over R3000 at the store ,after paying I was told that i needed to return the trolley to the store myself and to ensure that i bring back the trolleys I was further instructed to leave part of my groceries with the security.</p> <p>upon my return my grocery was denied and supposedly the security who asked that i leave my groceries had knocked off</p> <p>I asked for the branch manager and I spent over 30 minutes waiting and he was no show</p> <p>how can u pride yourselves as a brand with ********** staff ,unhelpful and disrespectful </p> <p>not to mention the management that doesn't attend to customers frustrations</p> <p>I hope that the necessary disciplinary steps are taken to reprimand but mostly to avoid such a horrific experience for any customer</p>
