FRIENDS MADE TO JUMP QUEUE!!!

03/03 we went grocery shopping at Shoprite Midway Mall with my 5 year old daughter. The shop was extremely full & the queues were super long. We waited & waited & waited for our turn at the till. Just when I was supposed to be the next customer, the cashier & the packer let their friend cut the queue with her groceries without even asking us. When I asked what's going on, the packer quickly apologized & made some excuse while the cashier just continued. I kept telling them that it's so unfair, the cashier just looked at me like I was nothing. This is totally unacceptable. Everyone must await their turn, I don't care whether you see your friend at the end of the queue or whoever else.
