********** Competition Voucher Codes

Shoprite is running A Win R50000 competition daily/hourly. You need to purchase certain products to qualify and after you have paid you get an additional receipt with a code that you either need to WhatsApp or sms. I received mine this about a week and a half. I got home tried to put the code on the what's app number provided and I immediately got a message back that the code was already used. But how?? I never used it. I then contacted ShopRite sending them the information and asking how is it possible? They requested screen shots voucher code ShopRite branch etc and it's been 2 weeks now all they say it's that they will contact me shortly. It's either their competition is a scan or their tellers are using the codes for themselves and then give us unsuspecting customers the used vouchers. Shoprite is refusing to own up and deal with this matter . I am not going to let it go down. They are now not even bothering to answer my inboxes. From here I'm taking this to black Twitter I'm sure there's a lot of people that might have same issues. Customer s cannot be treated like this.
