***** on debit card

The shoprite at northcliff square (the greymont area) on long street near florida is pathetic. My bank card was ****** off my desk and the money was withdrawn at this shoprite. The very next day i went and stated everything, requested for footage and even had 2 case numbers, one from Linden Police station and one from Florida Police station. It is so sad that from the 7th of Sept ive been asking for footage so i can identify the person but the headoffice of this shoprite kept sending people to get it. It is now the 09th of October and they cannot give me any footage for the 7th because their system only shows the 12th of sept???????? The lady who i spoke to Mercy said that she will call back once she has feedback yet i had to call in every time to find out what was happening. This makes a person wonder if the people from this shoprite is helping those who are trying to ***** from others. SO NOW WHAT??? IS SHOPRITE GOING TO PAY ME BACK???????????????????????? All the information was given but they are just too damn ****ing lazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
