Forget about receiving good service from their agents

I have been trying for the last two days to receive an invoice for vouchers I purchased this week. I keep getting passed around from agent to agent who then stops replying completely and need to explain the story all over again at nauseam!

This is terrible service for something as simple as retrieving an invoice.
