FOREVER SLOW MOTION

can the owner/management of this particular store speak to your employees, it's like they are doing us a favor when we there to purchase goods and the is these (female) store manager who sits in her office playing with her cell phone instead of managing the store. the queues are crazy and the cashiers do not have any sense of urgency as they will be chatting to each other and taking their time, it's like they are forever on a slow motion. we have an idea that Shoprite isn't paying you enough but the least you can do just love your job and do it whole heartily. I don't understand that at rush hour (18:00 - 20:00) only few tills will be open and the queues will be freaking long and the air-con it's forever not working.
