FIRST TIME BOOKING, BAD EXPERIANCE

I do here by want to voice out my disappointment with the terrible service I experienced at Shoprite Idutywa Shopping Centre. On 16 August 2024 I went to Shoprite to book a ticket form Idutywa to JHB for my husband, I told the cashier to book ticket from Idutywa BP garage to JHB instead she booked me for Cape town, she then printed receipt without explaining what was written on the receipt and gave it to me to sign. later was very disappointed when I was at the Bus station ready to board, I called Intercape only to be told my ticket is booked for Cape town. I then went back to Shoprite and consulted with Admin Manager who referred me back to the cashier, The lady said this is between me and the cashier, and at that time the cashier had already gone home. The date, time and the place of departure was correct that's what I checked as she highlighted, and she did not read out or explain anything worse I never mentioned Cape town to her for me to check my destination. I reported the mater to Shoprite client care. The person who was investigating the meter **** about the footage, she only asked the Cashier she did not check footage as it is my words against hers. I do here by regret my first experience with Shoprite Bookings as I have missed out to attend a funeral of a family member.
